30 Minute High Intensity Interval Training Routine:
This routine is designed to keep your heart rate elevated to keep you in the fat burning zone for a sustained period of time. Set a timer on your phone or stopwatch to keep track of when you should switch to another exercise. For the “rounds”, do the single sets of each exercise in the round until the time is up. Take breaks if you need it until you can work up to completing the entire routine as a whole.
