Mango Banana Coconut Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats (not quick cooking)
  • ½ cup milk (any type)
  • 1 small mango, but into chunks
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ⅛ teaspoon chia seeds
  1. Add oats and milk to jar or bowl, cover and set in the refrigerator overnight, or at least a few hours
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the top when ready to eat.
