We arrived in Germany just about 3 weeks ago and yesterday, Germany recorded their highest temperature ever, 107°F. This is EVER – not like just for the year…this is in the history of Germany recording temperatures, this is the highest. It is absolutely dreadful.

- The malls don’t have AC

There is no escaping this. I have been searching high and low for amazing no-cook meals that aren’t sandwiches, because we are a little tired of ham and cheese. We have been using our favorite tuna packets in olive oil for our no-bake lunches – these recipes look delicious and a great way to get your omega-3s in while you keep your house cool!
And this Tuna Piccata! Yum – this is a must try!
My favorite combination in the entire world – tomatoes and mozzarella! Delish
I absolutely love this combo of kale and mango – what a treat!

Why haven’t I thought of Spring Rolls yet? Well, now it looks like I have to find rice papers in Germany – I hope that’s possible. The last time we lived here, no tortillas were to be found, so I started making my own…now tortillas are everywhere…figures:)
Because we still would like a sweet treat without turning on the oven
