Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Shred cucumber on a box grater and squeeze out all of the liquid
  2. Mix cucumber with greek yogurt, lemon, and salt and set aside
  3. Shred chicken and divide evenly into 4 bowls
  4. Add 1/2 cup of tomatoes to each bowl
  5. Add 2 cups of greens to each bowl
  6. Divide the tzatziki into 4 even portions and add to each bowl
  7. Make a well into each portion of tzatziki and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each bowl
